• We currently breed Skinny Pigs, Lakelands/Skinny Gene Carriers, Californias, American & Abyssinian guinea pigs.
• Per New Hampshire USDA requirements, anyone selling over 200 Guinea pigs in one year are required to purchase a pet vending license. Since we do not sell more than 200 Guinea pigs in a given year (that’s a lot of piggies! 😆), we are not required to be licensed.
• We are a family-owned small closed caviary/farm located in southern New Hampshire. (“Closed” means we do not allow the public to visit animals within our home for safety and sanitation reasons)
• We do NOT keep a waiting list. Our pigs are first come first serve and will be posted on our FB page as soon as they become available. Please do not think that because you messaged us inquiring about babies that you are automatically put on some type of waiting list.
• ALL of our pigs are socialized and handled daily by our family (this includes the children in our family ages 4-17).
• After payment is complete and the adoption agreement has been signed, we can discuss a pick up date that works for the both of us 🙂
☆ ALL pigs leaving for new homes will receive a Final Departure Health Review (FDHR) the night before scheduled pick up - this is where we check the overall physical appearance as well as photograph the pig from top to bottom for our own personal legal records here at the caviary ☆
• We currently feed our babies Sweet Meadow brand pellets (through Chewy) and Standlee hay (through Tractor Supply).
- Babies can be reserved via deposit OR full payment**.
1) Please message me via fb messenger, email or through our website contact form.
2) After confirming the pig you are interested in is available, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required up-front to hold your guinea pig until he/she is ready to go home.
**Deposit payments will be subtracted from the total cost/sale which will need to be made day before the agreed upon pickup day.
• Our prices are based on many factors such as breed, color, markings, etc. Prices are not always set and are sometimes posted on our website or can be discussed via FB Messenger or email. Please check out our pricing page.
• Sorry, we do not negotiate price. Our pigs are extremely well cared for and our entire family puts a lot of time, effort and money into making sure their needs are 100% met. The price marked is as low as we can go and does not fully reflect the dedication we have put into our caviary. We do NOT breed strictly for profit — expenses to house and care for these animals significantly outweigh ALL monies acquired. We breed to help keep blood lines clean and to strengthen and extend the life span of these beautiful animals.
• As of 11/09/21 we will no longer work with any transport services.
- Pick ups will need to be made locally in Dover, NH.
